We take a lot of pride in the speed at which our warehouse and fulfillment team operate. It's typically a great thing when you place an order and it's shipped quickly -- that is until you want to make a change! Our ability to change your order before it ships is very dependent on timing. So if your order hasn't processed through our system we should be able to catch it and cancel and/or replace your order. But if it's already gone, it's gone and we unfortunately can't stop it.
